Biotherm Skin-Energetic gel-cream

I'm not very good at skin care product review but since I've really liked this moisturizing gel-cream, I try to write something :D My skin is  d i f f i c u l t: It doesn't like mineral oil but most natural oils are no-no too... I tried many certified natural brands but seemed to have problems so I decided to test regular products with "not very terrible inci" :D

I've now tested this Biotherm Skin-Energetic day cream for normal to combination skin for a few months and my skin feels very nice :)  It absorbs quickly, feels very refreshing and also moisturizing (not enough for dry skins, naturally). The scent is citrusy and quite strong, I love it but it really is strong... I will repurchase this later!

Ihonhoitotuotteiden arvotelu ei ole niin lähellä sydäntäni, varmaan jo siksi, kun ei oikein mikään sovi... Mineraaliöljyt ovat ehdoton ei mutta myös monet luonnonöljyt saavat ihon kamalaan kuntoon. Ekotuotteet eivät siis ole osoittautuneet parhaiksi ja nyt olenkin yrittänyt etsiä testiin normaalituotteita "vähemmän pahalla incillä" :D

Biotherm Skin Energetic day cream (normaali/sekaihon geelivoide) on ollut nyt parisen kuukautta testissä ja iho on tykännyt! Imeytyy hyvin, tuntuu ihana raikkaalta ja kosteuttaa (ei toki kuivalle iholle riitä). Tuoksu on sitruunainen ja tosiaan melkoisen voimakas. Iho on ollut hyvässä kunnossa.

Suomen hinta on noin 55€/50 ml, tämä on ostettu laivalta hieman edullisemmin (mutta en muista tarkkaa hintaa). Ostan takuulla uudelleenkin! edit: Itseasiassa tämä on nyt Sokoksella tarjouksessa, muistaakseni tarjoushinta on 44€.

Derma E Cleansing Entzyme Mask: Well, this is cleansing and very effective. I don't recommend this to dry or sensitive skins! This was too drying (and cleansing) for my combination skin too. I can't use this, so I gave it away... For oilier skins this might be just great :D This smells SO good, I love the scent of pineapple. Felt like a mixture of clay mask and enxyme mask->VERY effective.

Olen tykännyt Derma E tuotteista, joten tällä kertaa testiin tuli Cleansing Enzyme Mask. Tämä on paljon tehokkaampi kuin osasin kuvitellakaan, aivan liian kuivattava sekaiholleni! Kuivui iholle kuin savinaamio mutta sen lisäksi oli mukana myös tehokasta kuorintaa (ei rakeista). Tuoksu on ihana, ananas. En tosiaan tätä uskaltanut toista kertaa edes kokeilla, sen verran kipeä ja punainen oli iho testaamisen jälkeen... Naamio siirtyi eteenpäin ja on miellyttänyt rasvaisella iholla varustettua käyttäjää huomattavasti enemmän :)

Derma E Hyaluronic acid rehydrating serum: Well, I REALLY like this one :D Contains silicone (but in the end of inci->better) but my skin loves the other ingredients! This has quite strong (but pleasant) scent, makes skin SUPER SOFT and moisturized. Feels more like moisturizing fluid than a serum (see picture below). I like to use this in the evenings with Derma E Pygnogenol moisturizing gel. I have used this for a month now and I might say this is one of my HG products now.

Testiin lähti myös sarjan Hyaluronic acid rehydrating serum ja kuukauden testailun jälkeen pidän tästä erittäin paljon! Tuntuu todella kosteuttavalta ja super-pehmittävältä. Koostumukseltaa on enemmän fluid kuin serum. Sisältää silikonia mutta ei incin alussa (->parempi) ja ihoni tykkää senkin edessä tuotteen muista ainesosista. Täytyykin katsella sarjan seerumit nyt tarkkaan läpi, kun täsätkin pidin näin paljon! Ainoa miinus on aika voimakas tuoksu, se on kyllä miellyttävä, eikä haittaa minua. Mutta noin tiedoksenne, ei siis ole tuoksuton! Käyttelen tätä iltaisin Derma E Pycnogenol geelin kera.

Inci: Water (aqua), Glycerin, Sodium Hyaluronate (Hyaluronic Acid), Calcium Ascorbate (Ester-C), Allantoin, Panthenol, Alanine, Leucine, Tyrosine, Dimethicone, Glycine, Valine, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer (Aristoflex), Ceteareth 20, Xanthan Gum, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Potassium Sorbate, Natural and Fragrant Oils.

Depend Cracked Effect nail polish nr. 5005 (purple)

This nail polish is really my daughter's but I can use it too ;) I wanted to test this cracked effect nail polish from Depend, because it's the cheapest (3,90€) available in here Finland. I think the quality is as good as in Isadora Graffiti Top  but I absolutely HATE this thin brush... I had to apply it several times to one nail but surprising this worked nicely even then! First I used too much, thick layer looks ugly, but a thin layer makes the nail polish looks like snake skin :D

Tämä kynsilakka on itse asiassa tyttäreni ostos mutta sain luvan käyttää tätä halutessani ;) Kiva olikin testata, sillä tämä Dependin Cracked effect on halvin Suomessa myytävä halkeileva lakka (3,90€). Laatui tuntui yhtä hyvältä kuin Isadoran Graffiti Topissa mutta tämä avuttoman surkea kapea sivellin toi minulle ongelmia alkuun mutta yllättäen lakka toimi ihan hyvin, vaikka jouduinkin tekemään monta siveltimenvetoa per kynsi! Väriltään tämä violetti 5005 on todella kaunis.

Dependiä on myynnissä ainakin Kickseissä, myös vaateketju Cubus myy Dependejä mutta en ole varma onko Crackedia tarjolla siellä.

MAC Pigment swatches part II & EOTDs

My MAC Pigment swatches part II :) More about MAC pigment quality in part I.

Muutamia MAC pigmenttiswatcheja taas, laadusta enemmän osassa I.  Muutama väri jäi vielä puuttumaan tästä postauksesta, ne tulossa myöhemmin!

cats for that :D)

-Tan is lovely, I think many (at least in Finland) will like this one... Neutral & easy color.
Helppo sävy, varmaan monen mieleen :)

-Copper Sparkle: Metallic, chunky glitter. The color is very coppery, too warm for my taste but a winner on warmer girls!
Metallinen väri, isoja hippuja. Väri on lämmin ja kuparinen, liian lämmin minulle mutta hyvä lämminsävyisillä!

-Golden olive: Very nice quality and the color is lovely too. I just personally prefer lighter and darker colors, this is medium.
Kiva laatu ja nätti sävy, väriltään ei ihan lempparini mutta näemmä ovat nyt niin makukysmyksiä :D

-Blue brown: if your skin is NW(20)=cool, this might not work on you! I hate the color, this is probably the worst color I could use. Yep, seriously. I won't even post any photos :D I heard the same thing from another NW20! But the quality is lovely and two of my friends have told me that this is one of their favorites :D  The color is blue or then it's reddish brown, depending on the angle.

Tämä väriä valaistuksen mukaan muuttava sininen/ruskea on varmaan kamalin väri mitä ikinä voisi käyttää :D Ei sovi ollenkaan, kuulin samaa toiselta NW(20)=viileä sävyiseltä kaverilta. Muutama muu kaveri (eri sävyiset ihot) taas kehuivat sävyn yhdeksi suosikeistaan, eli makukysmyksiä taas.

-Naked is my HG blending color. It's just perfect for brow bone (and lid)! Matte base with shimmer.
Naked on ehdoton suosikkini, ihan TÄYDELLINEN kulmaluulle :)

-Vanilla is liked by many, but didn't like it whan I got the sample few years ago... But now I REALLY love the color! The formula is very good, Vanilla is lovely shimmery white gold with orange flash. I think this might be one of the best selling pigment colors? Just my though, because "everydoby" loves vanilla :D
Vanillasta pitävät todella monet, ihana laatu ja väri (valkokulta oranssihtavalla hohteella). Vuosia sitten sain tästä näytteen ja inhosin sävyä, onneksi testasin nyt uudelleen koska tämähän on ihana :D Epäilen yhdeksi best sellereistä, koska "kaikki" tuntuvat tästä tykkäävän.

-Golden lemon is nice, a bit chunky glitter in this one...
Nätti sävy tämäkin, hiukan isoa hippusta tässäkin.

-Melon is absolutely lovely! I love the quality & the color. Surprisingly this not too orange to me.
Melon on ihana! Yllättäen ei liian oranssi minullekaan!

Icon we care Body Butter

Briefly in English: I loved the Icon we care Body Lotion so I decided to test also body Butter. I love this scent! This body butter is ok but not the best I've tested, I have to say... It's not that easy to apply. The product is silicone free.

Ostin aiemmin Icon We Care vartalovoiteen Sokokselta (arvioni siitä täällä) ja koska tuote oli kovasti mieleeni, päätin kokeilla myös sarjan Body butteria. Tuoksuhan on tässä aivan ihana! Tämä oli "ihan ok" mutta ei tosiaan parhaita testaamiani... Joten takkuinen levittää, ei siis levity niin hyvin kuin moni muu testaamaani tuote. Tämä on silikoniton mutta niin on esim. Saksassa myytävä Alverdekin ja se on aivan loistava! Ei tämä nyt mikään hirvittävä ole ja käyttelen kyllä pois, uuden hankintaan ei ole kyllä tarvetta.
