Fashioned in Finland

Today I tried warmer look with Sassy Minerals and I really like this one! These pigments are so easy to blend and I infact forgot to blend the edges this time :D I noticed that neutral light foundation was a bit too greyish for me (since I'm peachy neutral, not "true neutral") but Cool light seems to be better match. I really like this foundation too: looks very natural but gives also great coverage! Tänään jatkoin Sassy Mineralsin testailua (ja olen sen verran ihastunut, että samalla linjalla jatketaan :D). Nämä luomivärit ovat niin helposti häivytettäviä, unohdin jopa häivytellä rajoja puhtaalla siveltimellä tällä kertaa! Testasin myös Cool light pohjan, joka on parempi kuin neutral light. Tuo neutral taitaa olla tosiaan tällä firmalla enemmän "true neutral" (=aika harvinainen ihonsävy), kun taas itse olen huomattavasti yleisempi neutraali, jossa sekä punaista että keltaista sävyä. Ihoni tuli siis hieman harmahtavaksi tuolla edellisellä, nyt selvästi raikkaa...

Here is my first FOTD with Sassy Minerals, I'll post a proper review later this week but I can say that that I reallyreallyreally love these products :D Tässä ensimmäinen meikkikuvani Sassy Mineralsien kanssa, myöhemmin viikolla tulossa kunnon arvio firmasta. Mutta jo nyt voin sanoa, että ovat kyllä ERITTÄIN mieluisia :D My face wasn't really this shiny, I just had to take pictures so quickly in the morning and I took this picture from too close distance... A few looks with HiFi-pigments. Sorry, my eyebrows are just too terrible! I'll get those fixed today :D The first one turned out to be a disaster. I used light pink (HiFi Beutiful) and VERY pigmented plum (HiFi My pain). I had some trouble to blend these colors together so I grabbed HiFi Wanted... But these new colors to me and unfortuntely Wanted looks like a have a dirt on my lid :/ Muutama meikki HiFi Cosmeticsin pigmenteillä. Huh, kylläpä kulmakarvani ovatkin kammottavat! Onneksi saan ne kuntoon tänään ;) Ensimmäinen meikeistä epäonnistui melko totaalisesti. Käytin vaaleanpunaista (HiFi Beautiful) luomella ja varjostukseen tummaa luumua (HiFi My Pain) mutta nämäpä eivät ihan helpolla sulautuneetkaan yhteen... Nappasin hätäpäissäni HiFin Wanted-pigmentin, joka pussin päältä näytti melko sopivalta. Valitettavasti näin ei kuitenkaan ollut vaan näyttää siltä, kun luomella olisi likaa. Yöks! The second one was a lot better ;) Just those eye brows... Yikes! I used HiFi Julia Dream on...

Sorry, only in Finnish because I'm sending these only in Finland. Kaikki myyty (paitsi muutaman avaamattoman säästin tulevia blogi-arvontoja varten). Ainoastaan Bare Mineralsista saan tehtyä vielä pari samplea. Bareminerals sävy Light (light-medium kellertävä). Määrä näkyy kuvassa, purkki on 5 g jar (tasapohjainen), ei täpötäynnä mutta määrällä saa varmasti tuotteen testattua! Käyttämäni purkit ovat uusia, ei käytettyjä. 3.50€ (pk:t 1€) Voin tehdä erikokoisiakin näytteitä, katsoin vain että suunnilleen tällä hinnalla saan kutakuinkin omani pois tuotteesta. Muutama myytty mutta vielä saan tehtyä ainakin pari samplea.

I have tried and reviewed Clinique's lash primer before, it was ok but never started to really use it... Now I bought Shiseido's mascara base from Hong Kong and I absolutely LOVE this! My problem is that only some mascara can keep the curl in my very very straight lashes :/ But with this one, I don't have that problem :D This even works with Lash Stiletto and that mascara was a huge dissappointment to me. I also noticed that my very good eyemakeup remover (MUS eye foam) doesn't remove this one. I have never had any problems with any other non-waterproof mascara before, so I'd say this is at least semi-waterproof! And that's probably the reason, why this one really works :D Do you use mascara base? Which is your favorite? See picture below. About a year ago my friend (with perfect hair :D) told me about Giovanni Haircare products. I was so sure that it wasn't possible to find good hair conditioner without silicone. And now I'm glad I was wrong! My hair type: fine short hair & sensitive scalp. I wash my hair daily. I don't want use silicone based hair conditoners (small amout silicone is ok, preferably without any) but I want conditioner that really makes my hair silky and VERY detangled.
