Fashioned in Finland

A few weeks ago I posted about The Space Heather's new shop Heatheresque (Hope Quest). Before TSS Heather had a company named Twisted Fayte, so when we heard that TSS will be closed, some old clients were not so surprised. I understood when she started Hope Quest but now I just read from another blog that there is again a new shop, Eye Couture Cosmetics , I must say that I'm confused now. Before ordering, please read following reviews from Sparklecrack Central and Confessions of a Make Up Addict . Anyway, I got my sample sets on 15th of June (ordered on 25th of May). I was a big fan of TSS but these new colors were too sheer and "colorless" for my taste, pretty of course, but I just love C O L O R . I didn't like the quality of "Lusters", but I didn't like the quality of TSS mattes either (or mattes in general)... The She Space (About Face Cosmetics) is now closed, all the eye shadows are sold and Heather just opened the new shop, Heatheresque. The new collection looks nice, I especially like the collection for teens. LOL Individual colors are sold in 3 g jars and the price is 4 USD, you can also buy sample packs but individual samples are not available. I might not order, at least not yet, because I already have too many colors :D I'm a bit tempted but still, I don't need full sizes or all of the colors. edit: I'll swatch these when my order arrives. I know, I'm so weak :D But that is good for you, right? LOL edit: Just read that Heather has AGAIN a new shop... It's called Eye Couture Cosmetics. I must say that I'm a little confused now. First my bamboo-inspired KOTD :D I used nail polishes from China Glaze's new Up&Away collection: Four Leaf Clover (kelly green, looks lighter than it really is in the picture), Re-fresh mint (mint green) and m72 plate. I've read some rumors that About face/The She Space pigments could be repackaged but I really do not think/ believe so. I've been Heather's client for 1.5 years (at least) and have hundreds and hudreds of TSS pigments, all bought by me. I really like the quality too, only the ones from "the pigment bar" are not my favorites. TSS has so many LE collections so there might be some pigments that are quite close to each other, but I think I can never have too many greens ;) I even asked about this repackaing from Heather, when Mutiny started, and here is the response: Olen lueskellut muutamia huhuja, että The She Spacen pigmentit saattaisivat olla vain uudelleen pakattua tavaraa mutta siihen en kyllä usko. Oh my... Heather from The She Space creates amazing neutrals (I usually do not like neutral eyeshadows). I was a bit worried that this would look boooooring but it was flattering and classy :D And much nicer in irl! I bet Robyn (Robyn's nest) would love these pigments. The lightest shade I used, the mirror loves me, is part of my blogs next giveaway too. I also tried my new Detrivore primer. I bought a sample kit of 50 eyeshadows with primer (Lisa Kate, I'll be broke soon because of you ;). I haven't tried Detrivore pigments yet and I don't think I'll swatch all fifty. Please tell me if there are some colors you are interested in and I'll try do my best to swatch those :) I wasn't sure if this primer works because it feels quite "oily"... One of the readers wanted to know if there is nice aquas in The She Space, something like I had a few days ago from Fyrinnae (Anemone + Adam&Steve's). I think Groovin Guppy /Aquarius & Living in motion/ Pisces are closest I have, not exactly same though. I'm so glad Heather, owner of About face cosmetics/ The She Space, decided to concentrate on pigments (and other product manufactured in her company) only. I really liked the the other products too but this is what Heather does so well! But if possible, I'd love to see primer and sealant to do a comeback :D Also the Libra Astrology collection is now up, I got the full sample set this time because all of those saphire inspired piggies looked so nice... And don't worry if you warmer toned, there are ones for you too! Well, I just had to try this :D I told to MissTat earlier that I had true red eye liner from Lancôme years ago... It was cake eye liner duo, with true red and plum. It really was very wearable! Are there older makeup freaks who remember that product? The first picture is my eye make up in the morning and the second picture is taken after I added red eye liner. Unfortunately I didn't have brighter red, pigment I used is TSS Intended Bliss (Aries Astrology collection). When Scrangie told about Eyeko Nail Polishes , of course I had to get mine ;) The best thing was that they have free shipping to all countries! I bought just one: Vamp Polish for Nasty Nails. I love the name :D The quality is ok, price is very reasonable. Vamp polish looks dark blue after one coat and black after two coats. Oh, lovely Leo collection ( The She Space Astrology collections ) arrived today! There are only a few colors I don't like much, the rest are just beautiful :D I also got Yellow Nylons from Cashmere Nylons collection for my under eyes and Hide it-brush . I love hide it! I use it for cream concealer under eyes and for cream eye shadow I use as a eye shadow primer. And that's why I needed another one ;) Yellow Nylons is not as yellow as I thought, more like peachy color but it seems to work! I use powder correctors/silica powders under eyes with Silk/Fiber oval 11-brush and it's my favorite for that purpose. _____________________________________ Oi, ihana The She Spacen horoskooppi-kokoelma Leijona saapui tänään!
