Naisday messuilla sorruin ostamaan pari Layla Magneffect-kynsilakkaa :D Olen toki ennenkin magneettilakkoja testaillut mutta en ole niillä niin hyvää tulosta saanut. Nyt lakkaa kokeiltiin ihan paikan päällä eli uskaltauduin kokeilemaan taas. Kynteni ovat kamalat, työni ei ole hellin kynsille, mutta laitanpa kuitenkin kynsiswatchit näistä. Tykkää kyllä kovasti ja magneettia oli helppo käyttää (on korkissa). Hinta on noin 15€ ja ovat myynnissä Sokoksella. I bought a few metallic effect nail polishes. I've tested this type of nail polishes before but these looked nicer and the sales person tested these on my nail too :) I got black and sky blue, my friend got ruby red and sky blue. Some sale shopping again: OPI Planks A Lot nail polish from Pirates of the Caribbean collection. This is lavender creme, cool and greyish color. Very lovely! Stokkan alesta tarttui mukaani OPIn Planks A Lot-kynsilakka. Laadultaan lakka on  creme ja väri on laventeli, hieman harmahtava ja viileä. Ihana!

I have a few Essence Show Your feet nail polishes and I've really liked the quality. This one was not that opaque as the colors I bought before (but those were almost one coaters), this one ok after 2 but would have better with 3 coats. This nail polish was very easy to remove! Usually I have green nail polish all over my fingers but with this one, I didn't have any problems. Yay! Minulla on muutama Essencen Show Your Feet-lakka jo ennestään ja olen pitänyt kovasti niiden laadusta. Tämä lakkahan on tarkoitettu varpaankynsiin mutta pelittää toki mainiosti myös sormissa! Tämä vihreä ei ollut niin peittävä kuin aiemmin hankkimani turkoosi ja lila, mutta ne olivatkin peittäviä jo yhdellä kerroksella. Tämä oli ok kahdella mutta olisi ollut vielä parempi kolmella. Tämä oli hyvin helppo poistaa, toisinaan viheän lakan jäljiltä sormetkin ovat ihan vihreät mutta tämä lähti heti pois. Ostan näitä jatkossakin :)

Oops, forgot to post this earlier: here are my Halloween nails! The results were not the best but I was off to London just a day after this party, so I was too lazy to do my nails again ;D I bought these nail "stencils" from Germany and it was my first time to try something like these. The spiders were far from perfect but I loved the nail polish (Essence Fivepocket Grey/ Denim Wanted)! It was very opaque, cheap and I just love this grey color. Hups, unohdin postata tämän aiemmin ;) Tässä siis Halloween kynteni, eivät kovin onnistuneet... Mutta koska edessä oli Lontoon reissu ja uusi kynsien lakkaus seuraavana päivänä, en viitsinyt tehdä kynsiä uusiksi juhlia varten. Ostin nämä hämähäkkisapluunat Saksasta ja oli tosiaan ensimmäinen kerta kun moisia olen testannut. Lopputulos ei kovin upea ollut mutta harmaa lakka (Essence Five Pocket Grey/ Denim Wanted) on ihana! Peitti loistavasti, väri oli upea ja hinta naurettavan halpa (alle 2€). I used 2 coats Poor spider, not...

I don't have many red nail polishes, red is just a color I don't feel comfortable wearing... This red looked so nice however, so I got it :D I still don't feel good with red but this is OMGorgeous. The quality is perfect, like in all other Trind nail polishes I have. i used 2 coats, it was almost enough after one coat. Minulla on vain muutama punainen kynsilakka, väri tuntuu vain oudolta ja epämukavalta käyttää. Liian huomiota herättävä väri, sanoo ihminen joka käyttää vaivatta esim. räikeää vihreää ;) Tämä punainen näytti kuitenkin poikkeuksellisen kauniilta, joten tällainen tuli hankittua lakkakokoelmiin. En vieläkään tunne oloani mukavaksi punaisissa kynsissä mutta sävyltään tämä on kuitenkin aivan mahtava! Laatu on huippu, kuten muissakin Trindin lakoissani. Käytin 2 kerrosta mutta yksikin kerros on todella peittävä. And here are some terrible pictures of this nail polish with Isadora's Graffiti Top ;D

I FINALLY decided to buy a few polishes from Orly's Cosmic FX collection :D The first one I tested is Galaxy Girl. When I saw the bottle I instantly thought this would be " Chameleon type " color (=reddish brown with green glitter) and I seem to collect this kind of pigments... Wine/reddish/brownish with green glitter sounds good but I always hate that combo :P I didn't understand why I bought this nailpolish until I read the description: Purple with Blue Green Fx. Ok, the base really is purple in some lights... But mostly it's burgundy with green/blue flash. Interesting and unique color but I don't personally like it much. The formula is GREAT and I love the metallic shimmer! I used 2 coats for my swatches and this was very easy to apply. The green glitter is visible, this was so hard to photograph! I just tested  Halley's Comet and it's gorgeous. *heart* Impossible to photograph, but I found these good swatches from All lacquered Up. ...

I hated Isadora Graffiti nail Top over red nail polish but now I tried it over pastel nail polish and I LOVE IT :D It has a lovel snake skin look with Chanel's Nouvelle Vague. I also like this much more with clear shiny top coat (I used OPI Top Coat). I'm not ashamed anymore :D Isadoran Graffiti-päällyslakka oli karmea punaisen lakan päällä mutta nyt kokeilin pastellilakan kanssa ja tämä onkin aika ihana :D Jännä käärmeennahkaisen oloinen pinta! Ei tosiaan yhtään hullumman näköinen. Päälle laitoin vielä kiiltävää päällyslakkaa (OPI Top Coat), mattana tämä ei ole mieleeni. Nyt ei hävetä :D Better? I think it looks pretty good :D I hope I'll find these kind of nail polishes from Germany too (with lower price) so I can make a little giveaway later. I would buy a few for myself too. LOL

Another beauty from OPI España collection: Here today... Aragon tomorrow. This is a lovely dark green, it could be a tad lighter though. It has just a bit of shimmer, looks almost creme to me. It's unfortunately quite sheer, I applied 4 coats for these pictures. Toinen kaunotar OPIN España-kokoelmasta viime syksyltä: Here Today... Aragon Tomorrow. Kaunis tumman vihreä, ehkä hieman liiankin tumma (näyttää melkein mustalta). Hiukan hohtoa on mukana mutta lähes cremeltä näyttää. Valitettavasti ei kovin pigmenttinen, laitoin kuvaa varten hurjat 4 kerrosta :P And here with Nfu Oh #56, maybe my favorite from Nfu. It's green and it's GORGEOUS! In some light it looks like emerald and sometimes more blue... Aww, I love it! Ja tässä vielä Nfu Oh #56 lakan kera (Näytä Kyntesi salongista). Tämä on vihreä ja niin UPEA! Näyttää ihan hohtavilta smaragdeilta ja välillä taas hieman sinertävältä. Oi, ihana :D (outside, no flash) (inside, with flash)

This Essence nail polish is from "show your feet" collection, it's made for toe nails. Well, it works on finger nails too ;D The formula is opaque and very easy to apply. Tämä Essencen lakka on "Show your feet"-sarjasta, joka on tarkoitettu varpaankynsille. No, hyvinhän tuo toki sormenkynsissäkin pelittää ;D Koostumus on peittävä ja hyvin levittyvä, tykkään! Näitä kannattaa ostaa jos maailmalta löytää, hinnat ovat ihan naurettavan halvat. Nfu Oh #52 loks bright blue with green flakes in the bottle but it's really purple with green. Very beautiful and too difficult to picture... Flakies are impossible to picture but so are purples in general! Nfu Oh #52 näyttää kirkkaan siniseltä vihreiden hippusten kera mutta pohja on oikeasti lila. Oikein kaunis ja taas kovin vaikea kuvattava... Lilat ovat muutenkin aina nin hankalia ja muuttuvat sinisemmiksi kuvassa. Nfu-lakka on kotoisin Näytä Kyntesi-salongista.

I had only green "Here today... Aragon tomorrow" from OPI España (fall 2009) collection, but that was before I fell in love with Spain ;) I loved Barcelona and I hope next time I'll visit Mallorca. Now I saw this "No Spain No Gain" on sale and had to get it! In fact the color is something I've been looking for, it's purple creme but definitely reddish/ berry shade. They had also Pamplona Purple on sale but it's too close to Essence "Break Through" so I decided not to take it. The normal price for a bottle of OPI is 15.90€ (~20.5 USD) here, that's A LOT. Minulla oli OPIn España-kokoelmasta vain vihreä "Here today... Aragon tomorrow" mutta tuo oli ennen kuin rakastuin Espanjaan ;) Kanarialle en mene enää koskaan mutta Barcelona vei sydämeni, seuraavaksi ehkä Mallorcalle. I'm trying to learn to take better nail photos... I don't undersatnd why it felt so difficult compared to EOTDs :D So here is one of my favorites, NARS Purple Rain. I bought this from Hong Kong last spring. Treenailen parempien kynsikuvien ottamista. En tajua miksi tämä on tuntunut niin vaikealta meikkikuviin verrattuna... Varmaan vain tottumiskysymys :D Tässä siis yksi suosikeistani, NARS Purple Rain, jonka ostin viime keväällä Hong Kongista. I wanted to test my Nfu Oh nail polishes again too, my older photos were just terrible :P Here is NARS Purple Rain + Nfu Oh #50. It's prettier irl than in photos, it has lovely color changing (blue-green) flecks. Yritän kuvata myös kaikki Nfu Oh-hippulakkani uudelleen, vanhat kuvat olivat niin surkeita etten kaikkia edes julkaissut. Alla siis NARS Purple Rain kera Nfu Oh #50:n. Kauniimpi luonnossa, kuten kaikki Nfun hippulakat, hiput vaihtavat väriä sinisestä vihreää valosta riippuen. Hope you liked it :)

I'm in Hong Kong at the moment so I don't have that much time for replying to post etc. I have beeen shopping but not too much (this is a dangerous place ;D). I got this one from Jacie too. It looked quite "wild" in the bottle, so it took a little time to test but in fact I love this! I think I'll use this especially in summertime. It's very pretty and quality is excellent :) Sain tämänkin lakan Jacielta. Näytti tosiaan aika "villiltä" pullossa ja kestikin hetken, että uskalsin testata. Mutta onpa ihana sävy ja laatu on ihan erinomainen myös! Käytän tätä varmasti varsinkin kesällä :) Thanks for looking :)

Oh, Peachy Keen is not exactly a stylish color ;D I think the reason for me to think so is my 80's clothes. But it might be very nice in summertime and I bought this for konading so I'll use this over dark nail polish. I think the color looks much better with the other bloggers I've seen using this, the color is just "not Nea". Oho, ei tätä Peachy Keeniä voi ainakaan turhan tyylikkääksi moittia :D Syynä taitaa olla henkilökohtaiset kammoni 80-luvun vaatekappini 100% persikka-korallin sisällön takia. Saattaa olla kuitenkin ihan kiva kesälakka ja oikeastaan konadointiin tämän ostinkin, tumman lakan päällä varmaankin oikein kesäinen. Sävy on paljon nätimpi muilla, tämä on vain jotenkin ei_yhtään_minun_värini. I also swatched Lemon Fizz, I bought this for Konading too. I like it but this is definitely better with tan! Time flies! Less that 2 weeks and I'll be in Germany and after that in Hong Kong. I'll be at home just a few days between the flights :( Not much time for blogging but I'll post pictures from those countries to you, my mini laptop is of course travelling with me ;) I'm also planning to sell some MAC eyeshadows, maybe this Sunday I'll post about those.
