If you want use minerals as an eye liner, you can use water or eyeliner sealant liquid/gel. I really like Pure luxe Lining gel , I find this gel easier to work with. If I use liquid sealant, the consitency is either too wet or too dry... With gel I don't have that problem. But I got some probmems with my gel sealant too. Sometimes I need more gel and dip "dirty" brush to the gel. Finally my gel turned slimy and it was impossible to use. This time I put small amout of the gel at a time into the old jar, this way the gel stays fresh longer.
