I REALLY like Mavala nail care products! The bottles look old fashioned but the products are so good  and not too expensive :D This Nail Shield duo is a must have for soft thin nails! The first bottle contains  nail polish with fibres. The fibres are really visible and the nails feel rough. The second bottle contains a ridge filler to make you nails prettier :) You can apply nail polish after that. "The nail plate is composed of three layers. It is naturally the visible, outer layer that is particularly sensitive to outside elements and can very easily be damaged by too much sun, cold weather, detergents...   Its unique formula has been developed to give nails resistance to protect them from daily tasks and other damaging elements. The nail can then correctly regenerate and strengthen itself, its growth being protected from breaking, flaking and impacts. I saw this lovely new green nail polish from Mavala and I had to get it ;) I also liked "Flashy Violet" but decided to test "Electric Green" first. The other colors in this collection are Volcanic Orange, Candy Pink, Aqua Blue & Acid Yellow. Electric Green is quite light, golden green. This is pearl nail polish and I'm not a big fan of pearly or frosty nail polishes in general... This color was just SO pretty so I had to test it :) It's nice but not my favorite, unfortunately. It has a lovely golden flash in sunlight though! I used coats for the picture. Näin ihanan uuden vihreän lakan Mavalan valikoimissa ja pakkohan se oli saada ;) Pidin kovasti myös lilasta Flashy Violet-sävystä mutta parempi toki ensin testata yhdellä, joten vain Electric Gren lähti mukaani. Kokoelman muut sävyt ovat Volcanic Orange, Candy Pink, Aqua Blue & Acid Yellow. Electric Green on vaaleahko kullanvihreä. Tämä on Pearl nail polish, yleensäkään en juuri helmiäislakoista pidä...

I wanted to share my nail care routine, I've noticed that my nail are much longer and stronger now. Great :D Ajattelin esitellä kynsienhoitorutiinini, olen huomannut kynsieni olevan nyt parhaassa kunnossa aikoihin (lue: koskaan). Hienoa :D step 1: Depend nail polish remover (green) I hate the smell but this is so mild & good for my nails. I will never ever use another nail polish remover so they better never discontinue this one ;D 1: Dependin vihreä kynsilakanpoistaja Haju on kamala mutta on niin hellä & hyvä kynsille. En lopeta tämän käyttöä ikinä, joten Dependin on paree pitää tämä valikoimissaan ikuisesti ;D step 2: Mavala Scientifique Oh, this is miracle! Makes my weak nail stronger, I really ntice the difference :) This is "penetrating nail hardener" and this doesn't show at all, so it's ok for those who do not want to use nail polish too! 2: Mavala Scientifique Ihmeainetta! Tekee heikoista kynsistni vahvemmat, huomaan todella eron kynsien pituudessa...

Another too dark green nail polish! I need to lighten this, Mavala's nail polishes are cheap enough (edit: not that expensive in here, this was 4.35€, and widely available ;) so I can try it :D I've soaked my nails in Solar Oil all day... My poor nails are in terrible condition after Christmas. I used 2 coats of Orly Nail Armor+3 coats of Mavala Cedar Green (251). Needs 3 coats to be opaque. Pah, taas yksi liian tumma vihreä lakka! Täytyy varmaan vaalentaa tätä hiukan, Mavalan lakoilla sen raaskin ehkä tehdäkin ;) Olen suorastaan uittanut kynsiäni Solar Oilissa koko päivän... Kynsiraasut ovat ihan mennyttä näin joulun jälkeen. Käytin 2 kerrosta Orlyn nail Armoria ja päälle 3 kerrosta Mavalan Cedar Greeniä (no 251). Indoors, with flash. It's greener in sunlight but no sun here, so doesn't help me much ;)

I saw a beautiful bottle of Turquoise/blue glittery nailpolish last week... Of course I had to get it ;D I'm not a big fan of glitter polishes and I was quite surprised when I tried this one from Mavala, because I really thought this would be more opaque. But I'm in fact more than happy, this is a lovely glittery top coat! I had to buy also the pink/purple one, the color was just so delicious :D Näin niin kauniin turkoosin/sinisen glitterlakan Stokkan kassalla, että pakkohan se on ottaa mukaansa... En ole glitter-lakkojen suurin fani ja olin aika yllättynyt kun tätä kokeilin, ei todellakaan kovin peittävä (ks. swatch). Mutta lopulta totesinkin olevani enemmän kuin tyytyväinen: tämä on todella nätti värillisen lakan päällä! Olen aiemmin hankkinut vihreän kynsilakan kellastamille kynsilleni Orlyn Nail Armorin ja Armor näyttääkin nyt estäneen uudet värjäytymät. Kynnen päät ovat niin kellastuneet, ettei niihin auta enää mikään mutta huomasin viimeiseksi kellastuneiden osien olevan osittain vain kynnen pinnalla. Tästä innostuneena sekä mielenkiintoisesta tuotteesta lukeneena, päädyin hankkimaan tämän: MAVALA LIGHTENING NAIL SCUB MASK inci löytyy kuvaa klikkaamalla. Tuotteen sisältämän piimaan luonnollisten ja pehmeiden, tehokkaiden sekä kuorivien ominaisuuksien ohella aloe vera, malva ja allantoin rauhoittavat ja pehmittävät. Sitruunauute parantaa kynnen sävyä, vaalentaa kynttä ja vahvistaa kynnen rakennetta.
