BFTE (Beauty from the Earth) swatches & EOTDs

I really shouldn't order any pigments at the moment (=I don't need any :P) but I coudn't help myself... BFTE is a addicting place and I've found some HG pigments from their selection too, like Lucky Me and perfect light violet (Thistle). The formula Crystal used in (part of) her pigments is great: like satin, so soft and opaque. I mention just my favorites/ the ones I've used in makeups too: In this swatch there are many different formulas: Elegant is sheer & super shimmery, Calablanca Nights is very sparkly & festive, Seafoam is not completely matte but not shimmery either (plush finish?), most have satiny finish but there is also shimmer in Walking on Water. -Casablanca nights turquoise glitter on dark base -GoGreen: light blue-green, smooth and even metallic finish -Walking on Water is LE -Suede is lovely neutral -Livid is a very pigmented plum, gorgeous, but be careful when you try it for the fisrt time :) -Chenille: soft pink, I reall...

Lumene Wild Rose NATURAL Melon Nude

*Sorry Ladies, I'm extremely busy at the moment... I love to read the comments and I if you ask something, I'll answer :) But I don't time to post much before Christmas. I have a lot of work and my dad is in REALLY bad condition at the moment (and also my mom, because of my dad).* I still needed a pink to my Lumene Wild Rose Natural lipstick collection ;) I have posted about these many time before before, so here is just some swatches of Melon Nude. No pitihän sitä nyt vielä vaaleanpunainenkin saada Lumene Wild Rose Natural-kokoelmaani ;) Tässä oikeastaan vain hiukan kuvia uusimmasta hankinnastani, Melon Nudesta, olen tosiaan näistä jo useamman kerran postaillutkin. I think this 4th one was the last one I'll get from this collection for now :) -Melon is the pink (I like use with pink/violet eyeshadows) -Honey is the natural one (goes with most eyeshadows, I'd use this at least with blue/grey eyeshadows), -Apricot is the warm nude (with green or turquoi...

Lavera tinted lip balm "Blackcurrant"

I've been looking at these Lavera lip balm s for years but somehow never tried them... Now I heard good things about these tinted ones and decided to give them I try ;) I got blackcurrant first but I have a feeling that I'll buy several others from this series later too! There were at least Strawberry, Soft Rose, Pearl and Soft Bronze versions available. This smell SO GOOD, like real blackcurrants! It also gives some color (cranberry colored, very sheer, no shimmer) and is moisturizing too. I like to use these type of balms over lipstics, for example MAC gives lasting color but I still want to add some gloss/balm over it later and this works well. I don't think I'll buy untinted versions, I have better lip balms but as a tinted version, this is very nice! The product is BDIH certified and inci looks good but contains carmine & beeswax (so not for vegans). I think Santa will give my daughter the Soft Rose version and if the Strawberry version smells as good as t...

A tip from a reader: how to blend eyeshadows!

I really love when I got makeup tips from readers/friends/fellow bloggers :D This time I want to share this with you because I have in fact never thougt about this! I use sticky primer (Detrivore) and it's sometimes very hard to blend the color in the crease... The primer is like a glue and blending is very difficult afterwards. So apply light beige eyeshadow from crease to browbone (after primer but)  before you apply other eyeshadows! Any brush goes, I use large and fluffy one from Sigma, just apply the light color from your crease to brows. If you need to blend more, you can of course blend afterward too but now the eyshadow is not glued to your skin :D You can use any eyeshadow that matches your skin tone, one very popular is MAC Shroom. I already had that so I've now tested this with it, I added it to my Inglot travel palette ;) I'm still practising so it's far from perfect... But what do you think? Better? I used Aromaleigh Glowing Luna on the lid & low...

MAC Amplified creme lipstick "Violetta" (Venomous Villains)

A girl walks to MAC counter, doesn't want to buy anything and is "just looking" at the light beige eyeshadows... Then a lovely sales person comes to her WITH A GORGEOUS LIPSTICK. I just said: OMG, I want that liptick! I visit the counter often and I have quite similar taste/coloring with her. So here is my lipstick MAC Violetta, Amplified Creme lipstick from venomous Villains collection :) I'm so glad I use other colors now too, not just beige. This looks gorgeous with lilac eyes but wasn't bad with green eyeshadow either. This color somehow "brightens" my skin. I've seen pictures of darker colored girls wearing this and it looks so different (lighter & brighter). For me this is surprisingly wearable color!

Pukka & Clipper teas

I was searching for green or white tea bags from Sonnentor and the shop I visited didn't have any, but then I noticed these lovely packages of Pukka tea :) It was nice to see "regular green teas", many eco brands sell more of those herbal ones and I like real TEA. The taste of Pukka Lemon Green tea was ok, there not too much lemon... Maybe I still need to test their award winning tastes. The only thing I wasn't that happy was that the packaging was quite big for 20 tea bags... Pukka teas are available in many countries, you can find some info from here.
