A few weeks ago I posted about The Space Heather's new shop Heatheresque (Hope Quest). Before TSS Heather had a company named Twisted Fayte, so when we heard that TSS will be closed, some old clients were not so surprised. I understood when she started Hope Quest but now I just read from another blog that there is again a new shop, Eye Couture Cosmetics, I must say that I'm confused now. Before ordering, please read following reviews from Sparklecrack Central and Confessions of a Make Up Addict.
Anyway, I got my sample sets on 15th of June (ordered on 25th of May). I was a big fan of TSS but these new colors were too sheer and "colorless" for my taste, pretty of course, but I just love COLOR. I didn't like the quality of "Lusters", but I didn't like the quality of TSS mattes either (or mattes in general)... Eye couture colors look more like mine but unfortunately this 4th company is really turning me off :/
Parisen viikkoa sitten tein postauksen The She Spacen Heatherin uudesta firmasta Heatheresquesta (Hope Quest). Ennen The She Spacea Heatherilla oli firma nimeltä Twisted Fayte, joten kun vanhat asiakkaat kuulivat taas firman lopettamista, eivät tainneet kovasti yllättyä. En ainakaan minä. Ymmärsin vielä sen, että hän perusti Hope Questin (Heatheresquen) mutta nyt jälleen löytyy uusi firma, Eye Couture Cosmetics. En tajua alkuunkaan. Kannattaakin lukea tämä arvostelu firmasta, ennen kuin päättää tilaako täältä ollenkaan.
Joka tapauksessa tilasin siis Heatheresquen samplesetit 25.5. ja ne saapuivat 15.6. TSS:n verrattuna siis nopeasti mutta sävyt ovat aika hentoja ja läpikuultavia makuuni. Eye Couturet taitavat olla väreiltään enemmän minun juttuni mutta tämä neljäs firma sai kiinnostukseni lopahtamaan täysin.
Teen colors: All the colors are pretty pastels. I must say that these are prettier irl but still I expected these to be a bit more "vibrant" and opaque. These are created for teens and I think these are very nice for younger girls who want sheer, shimmery & easy pastels. Some of the colors are quite similar, I don't know if it's better to order full sample set or a few full sizes... I used the the same Lumene primer in my swatches, like always.
Kaikki "teini"-kokoelman sävyt olivat nättejä pastelleja ja nätimpiä luonnossa kuin kuvissa. Jos totta puhutaan, odotin kuitenkin enemmän kuin ihan kivoja. Teineille ovat suunnitellut ja pigmentit ovat tosiaan hentoja (eivät niin peittäviä), hohtavia ja helppoja sävyjä. Osa väreistä oli keskenään hyvin samantapaisia, en tiedä kannattaako näistä tilata mielummin sokkona pari purkkia kuin koko samplesetti... Kaikki swatchattu samalla Lumenen primerillä kuin kaikki muutkin swatchini. Ihon väri kuultaa monesta läpi.

Hope Quest: These have a matte base with shimmer. And as I've said many times before, I don't like mattes and I didn't like these. Not at all. But if you like mattes, you might like these. Just remember that there is shimmer so these are not completely matte.
Hope Quest cosmetics sävyt ovat uutta Luster-koostumusta, se kuulosti kivalta ja ostin tämän pienemmän samplesetin myös, vaikka värit näyttivät todella tylsiltä. Koostumus on näissä matta pohja, jossa hohdetta ja kuten jo varmaan tiedätte, en pidä matta-väreistä (ja varsinkin TSS matta-värit olivat ihan heikoimmasta päästä). Ehkä jos pidät mattaväreistä nämäkin saattavat olla mieleesi mutta kannattaa muistaa, että hohdetta on kuitenkin mukana.
