Inkuto black soap

I have tested the round version of this african black soap earlier but I didn't like it that much, I think one of the reasons was the shape. I decided to give this soap a second chance and bought this large piece from eco shop. Inkuto is a Finnish brand but I think you can find similar products from your country!

I love it as a shower soap and now I decided to test is as a facial soap too (my skin is dehydrated, sensitive and acne prone). I used it for 4 days without any problems but I just started to miss my Madara foam. LOL. I also tested this as a shampoo on my short hair and it wasn't bad, not bad at all! It foamed very well, the hair felt "stange" when wet but after that just normal.


The soap is not drying, the foam is dark brown and the soap is soft & porous (is that the correct word?). In fact, you could mold it sometimes ;D The smell is earthy, not bad. It leaves the skin SO soft! This soap should be stored in dry/ cool place (otherwise it gets very soft) and that is not my bathroom... So I like to use this but I still prefer other soaps, those are just easier to use.

Olen aiemmin testannut afrikkalaisesta mustasaippuasta pyöreän, nauhallisen version. En pitänyt siitä juurikaan, varmaan lähinnä mallin takia, oli hankala käyttää. Päätin nyt antaa saippualle uuden mahdollisuuden, kun näin tämän Inkuton ison palasaippuan Ruohonjuuressa. Itseasiassa kuvaamisen jälkeen halkaisin tämän kahdeksi littanammaksi siivuksi.

Suihkusaippuana tämä on oikein hyvä ja testasin nyt myös kasvosaippuana, kun olen tästä paljon siinäkin tarkoituksessa kuullut. Neljä päivää käyttelin ilman ongelmia mutta sitten tuli vain ikävä ihanaa Madaran puhdistusvaahtoa :) Saattaisin hyvin silti käyttää tätä pienissä reissuissa. Testasin myös shampoona eikä ollut siinäkään tarkoituksessa yhtään hullumpi! Pala vaahtosi todella hyvin, hiukset tuntuivat märkinä oudoilta mutta kuivuttuaan taas olivat ihan tuuheat. En käyttänyt hoitoainetta (hiukseni ovat lyhyet).

Saippua on tosiaan ihoa pehmentävä eikä kuivata, saippua on pehmeä ja "huokoinen". Alkuun ja kosteana tätä saa jopa muotoiltua ;) Tuoksu on "earthy", ei paha mutta ei nyt mikään ihan hehkeäkään. Tämä pitäisi säilyttää kuivassa, ettei pehmene liikaa, ja kylppärini ei nyt ihan kuivin paikka aina ole... Saippua on siis oikein hyvä mutta ei ihan helppokäyttöisin.
