MAC Butterfly Party pigment stack

I liked these colors so much and I've usually liked MAC pigments (also metallic ones) a lot. This time I wasn't that happy... I don't use pigments damp and these were too sheer applied dry. However these look gorgeous over colored base or eyeshadow. I don't really know why these didn't work that well this time... The consistency is ofter chunky in MAC metallic pigments and these didn't "melt" that easy when crushed with a brush. Have you tested these colors? What did you think? I don't really recommend MAC metallic pigments to beginners.

These give gorgeous metallic sheen but I prefer these over other products, not alone :)


Olen pitänyt MACin metallipigmenteistä paljon ja nyt keväällä kokoelmassa tuli nämä ihanat värit, oli ihan pakko hankkia tämä itselle ;) Tällä kertaa en tosin ollut laatuun niin tyytyväinen, nämä jotenkaan eivät "sula" siveltimellä painellessa ja näin ollen kuvista näkyvä klönttisyys hieman häiritsee... Eivät myöskään peitä niin hyvin kuin edelliset MAC metallic pigmnettini. Mutta upeathan nämä ovat varsinkin toisen luomivärin päällä, ei tätä metallisuutta kaikilla tuotteilla saa aikaan! Ja varmaan kosteana paremmat, itse en vain jaksa ja viitsi enää sitä harjoitella, ei ole minun juttuni. Aloittelijoille en suosittele mutta onhan nämä kivat meikkifriikin meikkivarastossa: metallinen hohto on vain niin upea.

    Crushed pigments are really different from metallic pigments in terms of texture and application... but I like them a lot! ^^

shopping in Germany: Alverde & Alterra

Ok, I was in Germany like... in April ;) Well, I bought a lot of Alverde products from DM, the quality is excellent and the prices are VERY affordable! Just a few words about the products and a question. I LOVE Alverde shampoos & conditioners. Most of these products haven't been eco certiified before but I noticed that the Avocado series is now Natrue certified :-O Unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be... Not terrible but not great either, definitely not the product I expected it to be. Yes I know, it's certified now ;) Do you know if Alverde is planning to reformulate all of the shampoos and conditioners? If so, my suitcase will be much lighter in the future. Alverde body butter is THE BEST :D I also like the body lotions. Cranberry hand cream smells SO good... This time I tested some Alterra products from Rossmann too, I must say that I also like these a lot! I tested shampoos, hair conditioner, body lotion, hand cream etc. Just the eye makeup remov...

Mineralissima mineral makeup review

I got some products from Minerallisima for review purpose and for a giveaway :D I have so much mineral makeup that I REALLY can't buy anything anymore so it was great to test a new brand! Mineralissima's website is pleasant to browse and everything seemed very professional. Prices are affordable and so is the shipping. You can also get customer service in Finnish in this company :D And in many other lanquages as well. Hyvä uutinen on se, että Mineralissiman sivut ovat myös suomeksi (ja ei todellakaan google translatella käännetyt ;D). Myös asiakaspalvelua saa Suomeksi!
