Burberry Beauty Lipsticks & lip gloss


I rarely get excited in more expensive brands but I must say that I love Burberry Beauty :D The quality is very good, sizes are not small (lipgloss 6 ml) and packaging so classy. I bought a few products from Facess in Hong Kong.

Harvoin innostun kalliimmista merkeistä mutta Burberry Beauty-tuotteet on aivan ihania :D Laatu on erittäin hyvä, koot eivät pienet (esim. huulikiilto 6 ml) ja pakkaukset niin tyylikkäät. Ostin muutaman huulituotteen Facess-liikkeestä Hong Kongista.

I was in a hurry so I had to choose the colors very quickly. I was in fact consider of buying other shade of the lipstick but I'm so glad the SA recommened this 02 Cameo for me. It's a perfect natural nude. I'm in love :D Feels so soft & moisturizing on lips. Price was 245 HKD (~22,70€).

Kovassa kiireessä näitä lopulta ostin, joten värit piti valita nopeasti. Ajattelin itse asiassa ostaa toisen värin mutta myyjä suositteli tätä 02 Cameo-sävyä minulle. Ja onneksi suosittelikin, tämä on aivan upea neutraali nude. Mielettömän nätti ja ihanan tuntuinen & kosteuttava huulilla! Hinta oli noin 22,70€.

I wanted to buy no 09 Nude Beige Lip Glow but it was sold out... The SA told me that this no 10 Nutmeg is quite close and I like this  a lot. I still think that Nude Beige would have been perfect, Nutmeg is more brown, so I have to get it next time I visit HK! No complains about the quality, smell is not too strong but could it be nicer. The doe foot applicator is traditional but obviously high quality one. Price was 220 HKD (~20,40€).

Huulikiilloista olisin halunnut sävyn 09 Nude beige mutta se oli loppuunmyyty... Myyjä suositteli sitten 10 Nutmeg-sävyä, on hyvin lähellä haluamaani sävyä, hieman ruskeampi vain. On tämä nätti, todella luonnollinen, mutta haluan silti nude Beigen myöhemmin. Laadussa ei moitittavaa, tuoksu ei ole voimakas mutta voisi kyllä olla parempikin (en osaa kuvailla tuoksu tarkemmin valitettavasti). Aplikaatori on perinteinen mutta selvästi laadukas ja ihanan pehmeä. Hinta noin 20,40€.

    I don't think I've heard of Burberry yet. I like the variety of colors you chose. I think everything looks good on you. It seems like it's nice and creamy, I'll have to look for it here.

    We have Burberry here in the U.S. My Nordtrom's doesn't carry in store yet, but I can get it online. I have been wanting to try a gloss! How much wear did you get out of the one you purchased?

    jbrobeck: Nutmeg gloss in almost invisible and I like glosses like that :D I didn't test the other shades but at least this one is not shimmery. I will buy more later (I NEED that nude beige!), the package is just so pretty :D I'm not the best describing the stickiness, because I like all kind of glosses... I'd still say not very sticky but also not very long lasting, but feels moisturizing.

    The lipstick is still even better... And I usually don't even like lipsticks.

    Eppää, eppää, eppää!! Mä oon himoinnut noita siitä lähtien kun niitä alkoi näkymään ulkomaisissa lehdissä, mut tänne takapajulaan ei kukaan tuo mitään kivaa. :( Kysyntää ois varmasti, uskoisin sen puolesta kannattavan jossain Stockalla.

    Sonia: Pääsin ensin Burberryjen ohi mutta vielä ennen lentokoneen lähtöä piti äkkiä hakea nämä :D Sääli kyllä, kun ei saa vielä täältä. Tai oikeastaan kovin monesta paikkaa yleensäkään vielä, näin käsitin myyjän puheista.

shopping in Germany: Alverde & Alterra

Ok, I was in Germany like... in April ;) Well, I bought a lot of Alverde products from DM, the quality is excellent and the prices are VERY affordable! Just a few words about the products and a question. I LOVE Alverde shampoos & conditioners. Most of these products haven't been eco certiified before but I noticed that the Avocado series is now Natrue certified :-O Unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be... Not terrible but not great either, definitely not the product I expected it to be. Yes I know, it's certified now ;) Do you know if Alverde is planning to reformulate all of the shampoos and conditioners? If so, my suitcase will be much lighter in the future. Alverde body butter is THE BEST :D I also like the body lotions. Cranberry hand cream smells SO good... This time I tested some Alterra products from Rossmann too, I must say that I also like these a lot! I tested shampoos, hair conditioner, body lotion, hand cream etc. Just the eye makeup remov...

Mineralissima mineral makeup review

I got some products from Minerallisima for review purpose and for a giveaway :D I have so much mineral makeup that I REALLY can't buy anything anymore so it was great to test a new brand! Mineralissima's website is pleasant to browse and everything seemed very professional. Prices are affordable and so is the shipping. You can also get customer service in Finnish in this company :D And in many other lanquages as well. LOL Tästä postauksesta olisi tullut erittäin sekava kahdella kielellä, joten tällä kertaa vain englanniksi. Hyvä uutinen on se, että Mineralissiman sivut ovat myös suomeksi (ja ei todellakaan google translatella käännetyt ;D). Myös asiakaspalvelua saa Suomeksi! Sivut ovat mukavat selailla ja tuotteet myös todella laadukkaan oloiset.
