MAC Melon pigment

I have been looking at MAC Melon pigment (permanent color) for a long time but I thought it might be too orange for my taste... Now I got a little sample of it and peachy gold, not too orange at all! The color is just GORGEOUS :D I really like MAC pigments, I think I need more. LOL

Olen katsellut MACin Melon pigmenttiä jo useaan otteeseen ulkomailla/eri kokoelmissa, sävy on siis vakivalikoimissa ja ilmeisesti saamme pigmentit myös Turun (ja Helsingin myös, luulisin?) MACin valikoimiin jossain vaiheessa. Jipii! Melon tuntui kädelle testaessa hieman liian oranssihtavalta, joten en ole sitä uskaltanut ostaa. Muissa väreissä olenkin huomattavasti avarakatseisempi mutta oranssi on minulle jotenkin "vaikea" väri... Nyt sain ostojen ohessa pikkuisen näytteen ja pääsin kunnolla testaamaan. Ja tosiaan ainakaan minulle tämä ei ollut lainkaan liian oranssi, ennemminkin persikka-kulta! Olen nyt tosiaan hullaantunut MAC pigmentteihin, taidan haluta näitä lisää ;D

Yksi MAC-meikkaaja täällä Turussa tulee todella kalliiksi minulle... Vaikka emme äkkiseltään näytä "saman värisiltä", sitä ilmeisesti olemme (NW20 iho), näin ollen on tullut ostettua hyviä meikkejä joita ko. meikkaajalla on ollut käytössä :D Oikeastaan aika näppärää. *heh*

But I think Melon is so beautiful color, it looks best with just a hint of darker color (or alone). The darker color is a light brown from UD Naked palette:

    Beauuutiful :) Melon and Old Gold are the only 2 mac pigments I own. Then they changed jar size and I refused to buy smaller jars for that price lol

    It looks gorgeous against Steamy in your swatches, I bet it would make for that perfect 'golden neutral with a pop of turquoise' type look :)

    Melon on niiiin kaunis! Onko se muuten sun mielestä kovin samanlainen kuin Inglotin Pearl 407?

    Mut hei sanoivatko oikeasti Stockalta et pigmentit ois tulossa vakkarivalikoimaan? :O Vielä kun saataisiin refillit!

    Keijukainen: Pitääpi tarkistaa kotona! Tosin pigmenttien hohto on näin aurinkoisella säällä MIELETTÖMÄN nätti. Ja juu, näin tosiaan lupasivat mutta ajasta ei tietoa. Saattavat siis tulla vasta syksyllä, kirjoittelen kyllä, kunhan saapuvat!

shopping in Germany: Alverde & Alterra

Ok, I was in Germany like... in April ;) Well, I bought a lot of Alverde products from DM, the quality is excellent and the prices are VERY affordable! Just a few words about the products and a question. I LOVE Alverde shampoos & conditioners. Most of these products haven't been eco certiified before but I noticed that the Avocado series is now Natrue certified :-O Unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be... Not terrible but not great either, definitely not the product I expected it to be. Yes I know, it's certified now ;) Do you know if Alverde is planning to reformulate all of the shampoos and conditioners? If so, my suitcase will be much lighter in the future. Alverde body butter is THE BEST :D I also like the body lotions. Cranberry hand cream smells SO good... This time I tested some Alterra products from Rossmann too, I must say that I also like these a lot! I tested shampoos, hair conditioner, body lotion, hand cream etc. Just the eye makeup remov...

Mineralissima mineral makeup review

I got some products from Minerallisima for review purpose and for a giveaway :D I have so much mineral makeup that I REALLY can't buy anything anymore so it was great to test a new brand! Mineralissima's website is pleasant to browse and everything seemed very professional. Prices are affordable and so is the shipping. You can also get customer service in Finnish in this company :D And in many other lanquages as well.
