I was searching for green or white tea bags from Sonnentor and the shop I visited didn't have any, but then I noticed these lovely packages of Pukka tea :) It was nice to see "regular green teas", many eco brands sell more of those herbal ones and I like real TEA. The taste of Pukka Lemon Green tea was ok, there not too much lemon... Maybe I still need to test their award winning tastes. The only thing I wasn't that happy was that the packaging was quite big for 20 tea bags...
Pukka teas are available in many countries, you can find some info from here.
I've also tested Clipper tea bags recently. I don't like their white tea at all... But green is good! There was one thing I was going to complain but I noticed that they've changed that thing in the new packages: I bought "Green tea with gingseng" and when I tested it, it tasted like raspberry :-O And I hate raspberry tea. Now the "with raspberry flavour" is mentioned clearly :) I personally do not like the tea bags Clipper uses, but those are very environmental friendly.
Nyt uusissa pakkauksissa luki selvästi "Green tea with gingseng, with Raspberry flavor". Hienoa!
What kind of te do you like? Or do you prefer coffee? My mom told me that I'll like coffee, when I'm an adult... Still waiting for that ;)
I usually prefer green tea (Sencha, or Oriental green), but recently fall in love with milk oolong tea. It's quite expensive, but SO good! Never liked the taste of coffee, but, strangely, I love the smell. :)
ReplyDeleteI loooooove Pukka tea!!
ReplyDeleteI really only drink black tea with milk. Normal flavours like English Breakfast or similar. I don't know why but I miss milk in tea and it doesn't go with green, white or rooibos. Or flavoured ones for that matter.
ReplyDeleteIn England you can pretty much only get the bags Clipper uses, no strings like we have in Finland.
I have a packet of the Pukka Detox tea as I heard it's good for cellulite busting (nice!) - but it tastes awful, I think it's the fennel. Needless to say I never finished the pack!

prefer jasmine tea :)
ReplyDeleteI've been trying out loose teas lately. I don't have a favorite yet, though I do love Adagio's Gingerbread holiday tea.
ReplyDeleteI still have tons of bag tea, I have 2 favorites from those so far, TAZO Lotus and Numi Jasmine Green.
There are tons of different ones I want to try but I want to use up what I have first.
I like coffee as well, but not plain, I love flavored coffees, especially vanilla. I can't drink too much though, just one cup, before noon otherwise I end up not being able to sleep later that night. I get really jittery from coffee.
Wintergurl: Jasmine tea is the best! :D
ReplyDeleteMichelle: Loose teas are great and making them is also nice :)
Kat: LOL, I better not buy Detox tea :DD
Duvessa: yep, milk works better with black tea! Chai is also VERY nice.
samwells: I think I need more Pukka teas :D
heaveNRJ: I love the smell of coffee too but I never drink it! Weird ;D
