Nivea Pure & Natural day cream


I've told you about Nivea Pure & Natural before and I wanted to test the day cream too. My skin is VERY sensitive, I can't use mineral oils or silicones but I'm unfortunately allergic to some/most natural oils and silica too so even certified natural face creams rarely work on my skin. This product is "95%" of natural origin so 5% can be just about anything, this is NOT certiefied natural product.

Olen muutamia Nivean Pure&Natural tuotteita jo testannutkin ja päätin kokeilla myös tätä päivävoidetta. Ihonihan on todella herkkä, silikonit ja mineraaliöljyt ovat ehdottomasti sopimattomia mutta valitettevasti myös monet luonnonkosmetiikassa käytetyt tuotteet (mm. öljyt) saavat ihoni äkäiseksi. Tämä Nivean tuote sisältää "95% luonnon ainesosia", ts. loput 5% voivatkin olla oikeastaan ihan mitä vain. Luonnonkosmetiikkaa tämä ei siis ole. Ajattelin kuitenkin testata, itsellni kun tärkeintä olisi löytää geelien lisäksi edes yksi sopiva kasvovoide ...



This felt "nice" on skin, creamy and it was ok to apply and absorbed well. Definitely not bad but wasn't very "luxurious" either. Well, it's quite cheap ;) The smell is not strong. I was able to use this for 10 days but then the rash started... My skin started to feel very weird: dry and hard. So I'm back to my DermaE gels from iHerb :)

Voide tuntui "ihan mukavalta", aika perus voidemainen, levittyi ja imeytyi hyvin. Ei siis missään niemssä huono muttei nyt mitään luksustakaan, tosin eipä hintakaan mikään hurja ole. Kuitin kadotin jo mutta varmaan jotain 8€ kieppeillä tämä oli. Tuoksu ei ole voimakas, ihan miellyttävä sekin. Pystyin käyttämään tätä aika pitkään, 10 päivää, ennen kuin ihoni hermostui... Iho tuntui oudolta: muuttui pinnaltaa kovaksi ja kuivaksi. Joten olen taas takaisin iHerbin DermaE:n geeleissä ;)

    I'm lucky because my skin is not sensitive and I can try many different products without a problem.

    Denaturated alcohol and a whole lot of fragrances - I would not touch that with a stick :D

    Gabriela: I could use almost anything, before I got a really bad reaction from waterproof makeup... I had to use medication for one year. It was terrible.

shopping in Germany: Alverde & Alterra

Ok, I was in Germany like... in April ;) Well, I bought a lot of Alverde products from DM, the quality is excellent and the prices are VERY affordable! Just a few words about the products and a question. I LOVE Alverde shampoos & conditioners. Most of these products haven't been eco certiified before but I noticed that the Avocado series is now Natrue certified :-O Unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be... Not terrible but not great either, definitely not the product I expected it to be. Yes I know, it's certified now ;) Do you know if Alverde is planning to reformulate all of the shampoos and conditioners? If so, my suitcase will be much lighter in the future. Alverde body butter is THE BEST :D I also like the body lotions. Cranberry hand cream smells SO good... This time I tested some Alterra products from Rossmann too, I must say that I also like these a lot! I tested shampoos, hair conditioner, body lotion, hand cream etc. Just the eye makeup remov...

Mineralissima mineral makeup review

I got some products from Minerallisima for review purpose and for a giveaway :D I have so much mineral makeup that I REALLY can't buy anything anymore so it was great to test a new brand! Mineralissima's website is pleasant to browse and everything seemed very professional. Prices are affordable and so is the shipping. You can also get customer service in Finnish in this company :D And in many other lanquages as well. LOL Tästä postauksesta olisi tullut erittäin sekava kahdella kielellä, joten tällä kertaa vain englanniksi. Hyvä uutinen on se, että Mineralissiman sivut ovat myös suomeksi (ja ei todellakaan google translatella käännetyt ;D). Myös asiakaspalvelua saa Suomeksi!
